Click on the play button above to watch the trailer of the movie. Story : Shamsher Singh (Shakti Kapoor) travels to Fiji to meet his great-grandfather who is a tribal king. He is accompanied by his young son Sami (Kajol). The queen of the clan ‘Rani’ (Shashi Kapoor) fears of the new days. She is skeptical about the fact that Shamsher and his son will be left in the tribal kingdom. The queen keeps a watchful eye on both of them. A rich businessman arrives with some dollars which Rani doesn’t want to accept. She gives him some simple gifts instead. She is afraid of being in debt. But on the other hand, it is felt that Rani is not able to bear the burden of being the queen. Meanwhile, Sami is attending school, where a girl from the tribal kingdom has fallen for him. The girl’s father, an Indian officer is a bit hesitant to let the girl marry Sami. When the officer hears that his daughter is in love with Sami, he asks his wife to take her and bring her back. The girl and her father try to forcefully take Sami away from Rani. But he doesn’t budge. What transpires is not known to the viewer. It is only known that Sami dies in an accident. And Rani sees the queen as her enemy. On the one hand, Kajol (playing the role of a naive and innocent child) does a beautiful job. Her acting in this movie is very good. It is felt that this girl is very young, and she has been given a role in this movie which is not much suited for her. Her role has been very well crafted. The costumes and the make up of the girl have been really good. The costumes are really appealing. It is a girl-next-door role. But the character is enough attractive that it doesn’t matter. Kajol has given a complete performance. She has played her role with sincerity and energy. There is no end to the good things she does. And the clothes she is wearing are also really good. There is a moment when the clothes really look stunning. Overall, it is a good movie with a good character performance. It is a story of a young girl. So, the acting in this movie is quite good. But the major focus of this movie is that of Kajol.
